It reads the postings so you do not have to.
Roles come from the applicant tracking systems employers post through, usually indexed within hours of going live. Every posting that fits your search is read in full against your resume, your target titles, your compensation floor, and your deal breakers. Not keyword matching.
One email, before the day starts.
You set the bar. Anything that clears it arrives ranked best first, with the strongest matches opened up and the rest kept short. If nothing clears your bar, the email says so plainly rather than padding itself out.

Every role comes back scored out of 100 with a clear verdict on whether to pursue it. Three ranked strengths, three ranked gaps, and a plain bottom line. Gaps are labeled closeable or blocking, so you can tell what you could address from what you cannot.

What's in the daily digest?
Each morning's digest is designed to take under 2 minutes. It includes:
- A morning chipat the top: today's date and a count, e.g. "12 scored today, 3 worth pursuing."
- Your top rolesfor the day, ranked by fit. Each shows the company, role title, location, the fit score (0-100), the one-line "bottom line" reasoning, and which version of your resume to use if you have more than one uploaded.
- An "Also scored" block listing companies whose roles came up but scored below your threshold, grouped into a single Skip line, so you can see what was filtered out and trust that nothing reasonable is slipping past.
- Near Misses for roles you would be a fit for except for one soft deal breaker, such as travel percentage or a salary band sitting right at your floor, in case you want to revisit them.
- A link to your Pipeline (where the ones above your threshold are already saved for you to track) and a one-click unsubscribe.
If a morning has nothing worth your time, the digest says so plainly rather than padding the inbox.
